From start to finish our experience left a lot to desire. No parking available and told it was easy to park in the vicinity - after driving around for half an hour eventually found a parking space. Told the restaurant was open that evening but when we arrived at the restaurant told it was being used by a private group. Food in the bar was poor and expensive. This was the first time we had used Sercotel Hotels and we were very impressed. The hotel was well run with friendly, helpful staff and clean, spacious rooms. Beautiful hotel for cost , above expectation. Advise pre book a secure parking space, 12 euros, otherwise your looking for a space in very busy streets.Very friendly and helpful staff.Excellent central location for exploring this very busy lively town.Did not eat or use use restaurant or bat due to covid situation ,but looked very nice.i will use this hotel again when traveling through Spain. We arrived at 15.00, the room should gave been available from 1300. We had to wait 20 minutes after checking in for our room to be ready for us. Its says fog friendly, however, there are no areas on the hotel that you can take your dog.
