Nice hotel, room well furnished, apart from very cheap-looking wardrobe and dresser reminiscent of 1980s flat pack in appearance. Very inadequate coffee supplied to room, and we were charged very high prices when asked for additional supplies, we were sent to the bar to ask, the bar sent us to reception when we finally got some coffee at an exorbitant cost. We booked 5 double rooms for 1 night in the Pamplona hôtel by error as we wanted to book for the Très Reyes Hotel in San Sebastian. We only discovered our error the day of our arrival. It was a non refundable booking. The hotel understood our mistake and accepted to reimburse the total amount of our booking. The Tres Reyes is an excellent choice in Pamplona. It's right in the centre with most sights and many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped and the swimming pool is comfortable. The staff are skilled and friendly. Three of us stayed in a double room which was spacious and bright. The hotel was nice and the outdoor pool was a bonus. Not the most beautiful surroundings but the church and its bells were a stone’s throw and lovely to see and hear from the room. Staff were very thoughtful. Disappointingly the restaurant isn’t open on Sundays - which is kind of weird as most hotels operate fully 7 days a week. Ho… Three of us stayed in a double room which was spacious and bright. A very modern well appointed hotel in the heart of Pamplona. Staff were welcoming and our room was very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good. The property is within easy walking distance of the old town where numerous eateries are to be found at reasonable money.
