It is a grotty little hotel on an industrial estate, with no sound-proofing. The picture shows a nice little terrace outside, but there was no sign of it that we could see. The restaurant was open from 8 to 10 only, and the service was surly. The only food was salad, egg, chips and some meat. All served together on a very cold plate. We stoped there on a car trip to southern spain. It is in an industrial estate but then quiet on weekends. There are many shops and petrol stations around, and the highway can be reached in 2mn. In an industrial estate but good value for money. Very convenient for airport. Stayed 11/9/15 as our stopover on way South. Perfect location off A15. Rooms a bit small but adequate and clean. Food in restaurant brilliant and the snack bar is great for a pre dinner drink or two! Super staff. Great for the dog. One thing to note is that if the floor in the cafe is dirty, that it is a sign that it is a good tapas bar and that the staff have no time to clean.
