Awful Experience From a Racist Waiter
When you are subjected to a hate crime and racist abuse you want to score less than 1, but there isn't an option.Never in my lifetime did I ever expect to be told to feck off so aggressively in a public environment by a racist waiter.The waiter responsible did this in front of other guests and simply because we asked to see a menu. The kindness of all the staff.
A hotel near Pamplona is in an industrial area ideal for resting; if you need a taxi, it will take you to Pamplona for 15 euros. There is also a bus service nearby, and Eroski and Aldi are very close. The hotel staff, from reception to waiters and services, are very friendly and attentive. Bad breakfast, room and supplements (paying for outdoor parking and getting wet because it rains is low level).The staff is friendly but scarce;, the computer system failed them and forced them to waste time and neither thank you, they do not give you even tissues and in the mini bar there is not even water...It's not four stars. The hotel is fine, but Klaudia, the receptionist, is a treasure. Very attentive and professional, always smiling and willing to help, speaks English and Spanish and Polish perfectly.
