Hotel does not let you know in advance that the gym and pool is extra. Rooms where worn, aircon did not function and leaving the window open was not possible to traffic. Breakfast as basic with a broken toaster. Dinner at the hotel was ok. Very clean rooms but the air freshener smell in the foyer is unnecessary and repels me every time I walk in the door

This hotel is clean. The room was so clean that I give it a good rating of four. How do they get a 5? Get rid of the perfume that they use when you enter the building. It smells so bad it clings to the clothing. It is not necessary to make smells like this for human life and makes customers feel like they want to run through the entry, . Fantastic hotel, clean, very helpful staff. Room was excellent and the service was perfect. WiFi is very good. Parking is safe and very convenient. Very pleasant stay in a very convenient location with car parking underneath & tram close by. I have stayed here a number of times & always return when visiting Murcia. Hotel clean and modern with friendly staff. Hotel check in is 4pm which is later than I would like, although you can pay to check in earlier.
