Lovely hotel with good facilities. Nice big room with a balcony overlooking pool. Good breakfast and nice bar area . Swimming pool excellent after a long day wandering the streets of Murcia, only reason I give less than 5 stars is the location being just a bit far from centre.Lovely hotel with good facilities. Outside space underused and unavailable

Not our first stay and in general it’s all very good but we cannot understand why they limit the use of their outdoor bars and pool area to 2 months (July/August) a year. They have the best outside facilities in Murcia centre yet don’t maximise the potential. In May it was 30+ degrees and all outside was shut. Last week, again 30+ degrees and only the pool. Even in the evening the outside bar area… Not our first stay and in general it’s all very good but we cannot understand why they limit the use of their outdoor bars and pool area to 2 months (July/August) a year. They have the best outside facilities in Murcia centre yet don’t maximise the potential.…

I have mixed options about this hotel. The reasons why;1. On arrival we arrived early as our plane landed early in the morning. We came in just to ask about what time they can check us in. The staff member in response was quite standoffish with us which made us quite awkward.2.the mini fridge takes about 24 hours just to give you a lukewarm drink 3. Well appointed hotel, friendly staff fantastic breakfast. Comfy and cool rooms with lovely toiletries and everything provided - good fridge. Lovely big clean pool with decent towels provided. We recently visited the hotel Nelva in Murcia in order to attend a concert at the plaza de toros. The hotel is perfectly placed for this location. Our room overlooked the road but was perfectly quite in the night. The room was of a good size but looking slightly tired.
