One word sums up this hotel: amazing! Beautiful, comfortable rooms (some even with a wonderful jacuzzi), friendly staff, a very varied breakfast, and to top it all off: two incredibly helpful and enthusiastic managers—Leon and Raul. S’Estancia Suites is truly an attractive and understated hotel in the heart of the island. An ideal location to walk into town for a meal and distance wise it is not too far from all corners of the island. Our room had a wonderful view to the back looking at the horses in the field, it was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Have just spent four nights at this hotel and had a really great stay. The property is modern, clean and comfortable and all the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful in particular Leon.The facilities are superb. S ‘Estancia Suites is a small hotel with a very big heart. Set on the outskirts of Es Mercadal but only a 10 minute walk into the town centre where there is a good selection of bars and restaurants plus 2 small supermarkets. Only stayed the one night but had a fabulous stay. Our room had a jacuzzi bath on the balcony. It filled quickly and worked well. Breakfast was superb, loads of choice.
