We recently returned from a lovely 2 week holiday at Minura Cala Galdana in a 2 bedroom apartment. We enjoyed our stay and there were some very good points and some that could be improved. The complex is large but kept immaculate by the hard working staff. The apartment was cleaned daily, also to a high standard. Just back from a lovely week at the Minura Cala Galdana. The hotel is spotless and the staff and service are 1st class. From our check in to leaving everyone was courteous and friendly. We had to wait a little while for our room to be ready, but it was worth the wait, a large pool facing room with a large terrace was excellent. Recently stayed here 26/9-3/10 Well the staff really make this hotel. We are a couple in their 30s worried this hotel may not be for us. I can only say good things. When we got here they upgraded us for free to an apartment which we were not expecting. Jesus brought our bags up for us and joking along the way about poor English. When he spoke brilliant English.
