A lovely hotel, very near the beach. Buffet was excellent, staff friendly, welcoming and professional. Lovely pool. Hotel immaculate. Noise levels from adjoining rooms spoiled our holiday.
Sad that I have to give such a low score, as the staff (with exception of those in restaurant) are lovely - they are friendly and helpful.However, I booked this hotel having read previous reviews as to how quiet the hotel is. In our experience this was not the case. The couple on one side of us had their TV volume up so loud we could clearly hear it in our room until around midnight. I can't praise this hotel highly enough. The staff, in particular the bar staff are just amazing. They are truly special individuals. Once they've met you, that's it, they remember you and are friends. The rooms are so clean. I've never been in a hotel so clean. Not a speck of dust, a scuff on the walls or floor. We booked Half Board and are so disappointed with the clinical, no ambience Restaurant, but most importantly, cold food.... which is not good hygiene at all. The Rooms are dated. The Pool is very nice and the Housekeeping good. It's over priced for what you get. Go B&B and eat out for better value, hot food. Kind, fun and friendly Staff
We have just returned from our wonderful stay with you at Sagitario Playa. It was our 1st stay and found the rooms perfectly clean with hotel robes and towels to use.
