Nice hotel but bad last night

Nice hotel .friendly staff food ok but last night we were there they decided to think we had left the night before so they decided to switch the electric off in our block .I went to 24hr reception where the lady shrugged her shoulders and made a call and said man on way from cuitedella. Had another lovely 9 day holiday at Ilunion Menorca .All the staff are very welcoming.They called us their English family ??Evening entertainment with Yosvany was amazing. Great quizzes and bingo . All the guests enjoyed their stay and we made friends from France , Germany and Portugal to name a few .Bedrooms cleaned every day , anything we asked for was not any trouble from a kettle to extra show… Had another lovely 9 day holiday at Ilunion Menorca .All the staff are very welcoming.They called us their English family ??Evening entertainment with Yosvany was amazing. After staying at a subpar hotel for several days before this one, the difference could not be more stark.
