  Great stay!

  Just waiting for coach after a fab 5 night stay. Clean hotel, great room and good food. Always good salad, fish, chicken and meat to choose from, rice, spuds and veg. We really enjoyed food on AI. Hotel let you use AI right up until you leave which is nice. They also offer later check out options 22 and 36 euros or you can book shower room for an hour for free. This is an actual bedroom. Our first room was a promotional room and the shower and toilet are just a glass partition area which hubby wasn’t keen on. Hotel very accommodating and moved us to a fabulous room after first night. Staff v nice especially Iiman and also jalil and others we didn’t get names of. AI has Local spirits and limited cocktails but no complaints. We normally book adults only hotels but would return here. Very chilled. Good entertainment for adults and children. Sun beds by pool go quick but plenty in garden behind pool with palm trees for shade. We hired moped - highly recommend cuitadella, Cala Morell and Cala galdana. Would have gone further in a car. This is my 5th time in Menorca I love the island. Beautiful and friendly. Local resort nice too and 10 min walk. Don’t want to leave!   A lovely holiday at a great hotel

  We stayed for a week at this hotel last year and enjoyed it so much, we returned this year. It really is a great hotel, and the staff are probably it's greatest asset. Che Che and Cherry the animation team are really hard working and they're both great fun, all the guests love them and their games. The reception staff, restaurant staff and bar staff all work really hard too, always with a smile to contribute towards a great holiday. The Drifters tribute band did a show and they were superb, a big hit with all the guests. 5 star service at 3 star price. Thank you to all and we will definitely be back in the future.   We went for a week to relax. Weather was glorious. Our room was basic to say the least, no balcony and felt a bit like a prison. We asked to upgrade which cost E140 for the week, but our upgraded room had a balcony and a sea view which we happy to pay for.The hotel is fairly basic.Animation team work tirelessly all day, evening entertainment comprised of bingo at 21.30 and then an hour of singing/ dancing from visiting entertainers. In my opinion it felt like a caravan park entertainment...we only went once!The hotel attracts the same people year after year, I wouldn't go back again.Pool is ok but quite small and very loud.The food is nice, but repetitive but you expect that somewhat in an all inclusive.You cannot get a cup of tea until 07.30 when the restaurant opens, we did enquire about a kettle for the room but we were told this would cost E26.Snacks are terrible and only served for an hour after lunch, you also have to sit in the restaurant to eat this.Bar is not all inclusive and top shelf alcohol has to be purchased.Overall the hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you.It was ok for a week but I wouldn't return. Overall, you describe the hotel as basic without taking into account that it is a 3-star hotel. Therefore, you should not expect 5-star facilities. The fact that we attract the same type of guests year after year is something we are proud of. It means we are doing a good job, and from the way you mention it, it sounds as though these people are doing something wrong.   Great hotel for a relaxing break

  Three star hotel with five star staff - from arrival and being warmly welcomed by Marcos and Natalia with easy check in to Jonathan and Sheila in the restaurant and all staff our break got off to the usual laid back no hassle holiday. The hotel, which we have been to several times, is set in a quiet area near to a small beach , there are also several bars and restaurants within a fifteen minute walk. No problem with getting a sunbed as plenty available at all times either by the pool on on a shaded grassy area. The food is regularly topped up and of decent quality - some reviews have stated that food was disappointing but don't expect five star selection in a three star hotel - always had a good selection and plenty of it. Amazing the number ofguests who, like us, have been multiple times and keekp returning. As stated above many of the staff have been at this hotel for years and this is a major asset.   BEST HOTEL AND STAFF ARE AMAZING KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

  we are having a 10 day break at this hotel this may be classed as a 3 star/4star hotel but the staff are a 5 STAR. 1,the receptionist each and everyone of them are wonderful always smiling and cant help you enough they actually treat you like you have been back time and time again. 2. The bar staff and waiters and waitress are amazing sheila is lovely. The manage is just wonderful. I have never known a hotel where its quiet relaxing and everyone just talks to you. it is one of those hotels that if you were single you would be in someones company, if thats what you wanted. It is remote, the beach is only a walk away but if you are just wanting to chill its the best hotel! the food is good sometimes a bit cold but there is a microwave to warm up plenty of choice. The wine is nice white and red wine both ok, bingo on everynight and the two ladies who do all the entertainment are fantastic, some entertainment on every evening , and if thats not your cup of tea there are separate lounges that you can just chill in. I cannot rate this hotel enough we will defo be returning in october.
