Second visit to this special hotel. Loved it so much the first time, we decided to head back there again. Did not disappoint. Staff are brilliant. So helpful. The area is spotless, so clean. Rooms are clean too. We were at the back facing the car park but it was still lovely and quiet. I would make two comments though :1. Loved our stay. The hotel is clean, modern and great location. I was worried about the hill before we came,but it was fine. No problem at all. The staff were lovely and our apartment was excellent. I have giving poor reviews and in this case it’s mixed in that the hotel is nice and the rooms are good. The issues is staff and organisation : we booked 5 rooms and they managed to completely mess up check in. The rooms via booking.com all came with breakfast included and yet they tried to charge us for breakfast and insisted the booking I showed them was wrong and were very rude about it.
