Lovely boutique hotel conveniently located in central Maó and providing a warm, helpful, welcome. Private car parking available at €15/night is tricky to access (one-way road system) but secure. Rooms are small, as may be expected, but equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay and a decent night’s sleep. Location is fantastic and staff are great. Right in the heart of the old town near fantastic restaurants. However the general condition of the ‘superior’ hotel room really disappointed us. It was very dilapidated and tired, with scuffs and dirt that came from lack of investment rather than lack of cleaning. Facilities good clean tidy spec. Hot water issue was resolved quickly. Good in parts don’t bring the car unless you fancy a long walk or pay E20 a day. The spa €20 .
