This hotel was very convenient and exceeded my expectations. It was clean, close to several free parking options, and the breakfast was excellent. Outdated Room
We stayed one night in the hotel (thank goodness only one night)! We booked the superior double room and yet the room was dingy and dark. It is no comparison to the photo on the website. The window was small and facing another wall of the building so it was very dark. Furniture was dark and outdated, tired bedding. The room has a foul smell, almost like cleaning agents. This characterful individual hotel is literally a few steps from the lively main tourist street in Ronda and less than 10 mins walk from the bridge. We chose it for the central location and secure parking as a stop on our road trip. Staff were friendly and very helpful and the room was unique, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Good location for a base to explore Ronda and good parking if you need it (book with the hotel)
We planned a day stop-over in Ronda and needed a hotel with parking for our hire car. The email communication with El Tajo on this was the best of the 3 hotels we used during our trip in Andalusia. Great location but a bit dark
Great location and a wonderful roof terrace for sun bathing or looking out over the city. Shame there was no bar up there though! Underground parking which was useful but charged for in addition to the room. Very nice hotel with large showers and good beds.
