An excellent choice of hotel
Would highly recommend this hotel . Excellent staff , excellent location, could not fault anything about the hotel . Stayed in room 407 and stepped out the door right into the rooftop pool . Breakfast was lovely bedroom was spacious and clean, in fact the hotel was spotless. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, The location of the hotel is perfect . Overall, not worth the high price.
Arrived to elevator not working, so had to drag heavy suitcase up 3 flights of stairs with arthriticankles (has failed twice since). Air conditioning not working either so slept in a sauna! Still not working in morning so went out. Came back and all fixed. Except not in my room. Was told it was my fault for touching the control panel. Amazing find
Just back from an amazing 4 night stay in this hotel. Location, room, breakfast all really good but what made the stay exceptional was the staff, every single member of staff was pleasant and so so helpful, taking time to help us with all the queries we put to them.
