Great location & good value for money
Stayed at Castilla Guerrero the beginning of December. We arrived early & fortunately our room was ready. Room was standard, clean & modern - room 408, it faced a courtyard but that was fine. It had a free safe, basic shower gel & shampoo, a proper hairdryer and a good sized shower. For what we paid I was really pleased, reception staff pleasant & more importantly the location is 10/… Stayed at Castilla Guerrero the beginning of December. We arrived early & fortunately our room was ready. Not client oriented in case of cancelled flight
Our flight was cancelled the day before our arrival. We tried to contact the hotel to inform them in advance per email and per telephone. We never received any answer nor to our emails nor by phone. The hotel was totally unreachable. Now the hotel doesn’t make any effort to reimburse us - even partially - the night. They pretend that we cancelled out of time (min 3 days in advance policy) What els… Our flight was cancelled the day before our arrival. Pleasant stay
This was a last minute booking, and we only stayed one night as we had an early morning flight the next day. Really impressed with this hotel, and despite being in an industrialsed area it is a little oasis. It is quirky (in a good) way and a little dated, but immaculately clean and the staff are really warm and welcoming. I was pleasantly suprised and impressed and would definitey book again. This was a last minute booking, and we only stayed one night as we had an early morning flight the next day. It's robbery, they're Thieves!
For around 150 euros a night you can get thrown in the attic, the 17 m include the room, hall and bath.
