Thanks to "Olivia" (the Guest Experience Manager), our wonderful Barcelo hotel rep! She was very helpful and ensured we had a really wonderful 9 days at the Barcelo Malaga hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the facilities and features of the room were flawless --- and the staff even provided additional complimentary bottles of water almost every! The hotel was in a great location, all staff were extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a small issue which was resolved promptly once flagged to reception. My one downfall of the hotel was the lack of mirrors. There was only one mirror in the bathroom.
