This hotel enjoys a stunning location on Lake Esperanza in the Bay of Alcúdia, just 150 m from the magnificent sandy beach. It takes just a few minutes to reach the centre of Alcúdia with its scores of shops and other entertainment venues. S'Albufeira nature reserve is approximately 2 km away and it is 3 km to the harbour. In addition, there is a bus stop close to the hotel.
The hotel was modernised in 2025. Units include 161 apartments and 67 studios located in a 5-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a TV room, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. The dining area includes a bar. Guests can dine at the restaurant (non-smoking, à la carte, air conditioning and high chairs). Catering options include bed and breakfast and all-inclusive. Special extras await all-inclusive holidaymakers, such as alcoholic beverages and snacks, for example. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.
