    We booked this hotel based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.We had reserved a Superior Room, but the room we were given was extremely small and felt more like an Economy Double Room, especially for three people.The bathroom was in very poor condition. The floor had not been cleaned properly, and the ceiling above the shower was covered with mould and had not even been painted.The beds were also very uncomfortable. It was difficult to get a good night’s sleep because they moved with every movement. The bed sheets looked very old and even had holes in them.Overall, this experience ruined our holiday. We are very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

    Beautiful hotel in a stunning location, with direct access to what felt like a private beach. Food was delicious and varied, and the entertainment was great. Animation team work very hard and always had smiles for everyone. Rooms very spacious and clean. Our granddaughter loved the splash park and kids club.A couple of issues to mention though, there are not enough toilets in the bar areas, there are no parasols for the sun loungers and the sun was blazing hot! Finally, the age old problem of people reserving sun loungers by both pools, then not using them all day, need to be addressed.

    Amazing experience as always!! The food was great, lots of variety everyday. More importantly, the staff working in the restaurant are incredible, Eunice, Sergio, Christina and Jhon are THE BEST!! They are so so wonderful and it's always a pleasure to see them.The Rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the Sea-view rooms is beyond gorgeous!! Helen the cleaner works so hard and left our room smelling amazing everyday!The entertainment team!!! Maguy, Pikete, Carlos, Ciccio make the activities super fun to join!! We had the best time with them as alwaysAlso Jacopo who is just in general so lovely but also works hard to resolve any issues you might have.Overall just the best vibe, truly feels like going home❤️

    Excellent Family-Friendly Hotel in a Stunning Location

    We had a fantastic family stay at Occidental Cala Viñas in May. The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning sea views.The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food offered plenty of variety, with something for both adults and children at every meal. The pool areas were excellent, and the direct access to the small sandy cove was a real highlight for our family.The atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly, making it easy to enjoy a stress-free holiday. The entertainment team worked hard to keep guests engaged, and there were plenty of activities for children.Overall, Occidental Cala Viñas exceeded our expectations and provided a wonderful family holiday. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing seaside getaway in Mallorca.

    An absolutely wonderful relaxing stay with a tranquil hotel.We had a lovely room with a pool and sea view.Checked in very late in the evening and were greeted well with lots of information. We found the male receptionists much more helpful than the female receptionists during our stay. Room was lovely, perfect view with balcony. Had a fridge that was useful, but would have been nice to have hot drink making facility.Breakfast lunch and dinner was superb, lots of choice including freshly made food. Only had one busy meal time out of the whole stay.Loved having proper wine glasses and large glasses for soft drinks. Was a shame the rosé ran out one of the days but other than that lovely.Beach was wonderful and plenty of chairs so no fight to get sun loungers.Great to have a shop on site to get bits and snack bar and pool was great!It’s in a very quiet location away from Magaluf and Palmanova but can get to these places easily if wanted. We walked one day.Didn’t have time to use indoor pool or spa but looked wonderful. In the evening there is entertainment but it would have been nice to have an outdoor seating area that wasn’t at the entertainment. This was quite noisy and fun some nights but somewhere to chill in the evening would be an extra touch.We unfortunately couldn’t do late check out in our room but there was facilities to shower and freshen up and they will look after your luggage if you have a later airport pick up.Would definitely return it was a lovely relaxing trip with beautiful scenery, beach and pool
