Facility

The hotel was renovated in 2023. Guests have a choice of 399 non-smoking rooms located in an 8-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. 5 lifts and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. The hotel offers various water sports, including water aerobics, or for additional fees, paddle boating and banana boat rides. There is a wellness area with a sauna, a steam bath and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a spa, a beauty salon and massage treatments. The hotel offers an entertainment programme for adults (no extra charge).

Meals

The dining area includes a lobby bar. Half board can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet, a lunch à la carte and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. In addition, picnics and snacks are available. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    The hotel is lovely give it 4 stars but the rooms are very basic I would only give them 2 stars they could do with a refurbish

    Ants in room. Air con very bad! Full of Germans. Staff dont seem interested in English guests. Food wasn't great. Pool area incredibly slippy and slimy so many people falling. Bedding not changed...

    I really can't fault this hotel from the rooms ,the food the staff, the rooms where cleaned nearly every day.great pools ,especially for the kids. San Miguel on draught .ice cream available all day...
