This attractive apartment complex is located in the lively centre of Ca'n Picafort, about 12 km from the tourist area of Alcúdia. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues (a shopping zone with shops, supermarkets, bars/pubs, restaurants and nightclubs) are located in the immediate vicinity. The beach is only 10 minutes away and the nearest public transport network (bus, taxi, rental cars) are also within walking distance.
Guests have a choice of 20 apartments. Friendly staff are available at the reception desk. A baggage storage service, a safe, a currency exchange service, a playroom, medical assistance, room service and a smoking area are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.
A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. The rooms have a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The apartment hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST
Stay away from this place at all cost. I had the worst experience with a racist door bald man who actual headbutted me and started swearing. I wll be taking legal actions againt him and this place. Complete disgrace of a place.

Budget option
I implement a youth project, so booked the apartments. They were normal, cheap, but...Not a good option if you are not a family. Also, the noisy club is under the apartments, which make you suffer if you want to really rest.
