    The personnenel was very good. Everything was well made except advising me that the breeakfast wasn't include in the price. And the lack of navette to the airport.

    Most staff where lovely and helpful but one inperticuler had a negative attitude. Some food... was still alive and not cooked bacon. Scrambled eggs where like rubber not hot no flavor.

    Good value for the money, big and cold family room was very good during the hot summer days. Just a little bit far from the city centre and about 10 min walk to closest metro station

    Very good quality for a one star hotel. Great breakfast. A little far from central Madrid but near a metro station.
