    Staff are very proffessional and helpful. Room is maintained well, very clean. The room rate is very reasonable. The location is perfect for sight seeing.

    Excellent stay in a great location. The room and the staff were both wonderful, especially Melissa and Gregori. We will stay again on our return trip through Madrid later this month.

    Fantastic hotel in a great location and a delicious breakfast! The area was more of a business district- but was very close to the Metro. The staff was wonderful and helpful as well!
