Great location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location and cleanliness. Only thing that was a in our case minus is noise isolation (it should be improved).

Lovely Hotel Central Madrid!!
Wonderful staff, nice room although tight spaces for luggage, etc. Buffet breakfast is lovely and the afternoon restaurant staff is outstanding! Would recommend the central location and would stay there again!
