English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine.     The apartments need an update as soon as they can, every thing is torn down, broken, old. See pictures. The elevators are the worse, but there are other things easy to fix.

    It's a good family hotel, location is nice and has a quiet neighborhood. But almost no one from the staff speaks English. Reception staff speaks little English. No restaurant choices near the area...
