Our stay here was fine. Lots of improvements to be made but there are also good points. It is not really a 4 star hotel. On arrival at the hotel it is difficult to find a parking space with cars just parked everywhere. The complex has a strange layout.The room and ensuite was large and clean. Water was only provided on the first night. The balcony had two old and cheap plastic chairs and no table.… Our stay here was fine. Lots of improvements to be made but there are also good points. If hotel is categorised as 4 stars, it should provide at least what is expected.. firstly, deplorable service by front desk staff, seemed like they were doing us a favor by checking us in! Glad I took no notice of the negative reviews. This hotel is excellent, the view from the terrace bar restaurant are of all the bay and hills. Our room was plenty big enough lots of room, good bathroom etc. Our room faced the beach very nice to wake up to. We dined in the restaurant the menu of the day great value 14euros for 3 courses all fresh and well cooked. Breakfast is in the basement but no… Glad I took no notice of the negative reviews. It's difficult to summarize the disastrous experience. The attractive location and the facilities make you believe you'll have a pleasant stay. Any prerequisite for a hotel claiming four stars is missing. The staff systematically lies and is rude to the client, and they do not seem to have been properly trained in providing customer service.I got a poorly decorated and most noisy room where sleepi… It's difficult to summarize the disastrous experience.
