If you like staying in the middle of an art museum mixed with a medieval historical site, then this is for you. Art is quite literally everywhere in this hotel - from medieval to modern. The rooms are gorgeous, quiet, and well-appointed. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant was nice. We enjoyed a couple of nights at a very high quality superior room with a balcony directly onto the plaza outside. A good sized seating area and an excellent bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Our best Parador experience of the five that we enjoyed in northern Spain this summer.
