Be aware if Considering
Be aware if considering this property and do not be late in arriving. We were 4 adults (2 couples) traveling for work so not quite strangers. For ease, 1 person booked a room for each couple with each separate name on each reserved room. Upon arrival, which was later (9pm), we were told there was a problem and we had been assigned a suite to share for the night. Then the next day, one couple would… Be aware if considering this property and do not be late in arriving. We were 4 adults (2 couples) traveling for work so not quite strangers. Didn’t impress me much
I had to sleep one night in Ponferrada on my way to Galicia. The hotel is kind of old and need a remodeling. The bed and bathroom were fine, but the cleaning was not ok. In the bathroom floor I found some hair. Believe me, I don’t have long and blond hair. The front desk was not as friendly and they could be.
