This attractive holiday complex is located right at the end of the kilometre-long sandy beach, Playa Pocillos and 800m from Playa Grande Beach, in Puerto del Carmen. There are a profusion of wonderful bars, restaurants and shopping facilities in the surrounding area. The airport is 6 km away.

Been to this hotel many times and keep coming back. Lovely staff, excellent food and entertainment. Great location. Yes it is old fashioned but spotless clean. Cannot understand some of the reviews! The airport was terrible coming in, this needs sorting!!

In need of upgrade in rooms and dining areas hygiene in dining hall was shocking food lying on floor and not cleaned up was ill for two days with sickness bug and speaking to others at least over 20 people had it but reception wasn’t interested some staff rude…

WORST HOTEL IN LANZAROTE
Every morning at 6am work men banging in the corridor of our room food is raw. bacon looked like it could walk off the plate cleaners start banging at 6.30am every morning if you want nice food and a lie in DO NOT stay here!!! Dont dare sit at a 4 seater table…
