Location

This appealing luxury hotel enjoys a quiet location just across the promenade from the sandy Playa de las Cucharas on Lanzarote. An abundance of shops are located in the immediate vicinity (approximately 200 m away), as are restaurants (about 200 m away) and bars (roughly 500 m away). Links to the public transport network are conveniently located just 100 m away and the airport is a short 20-minute ride away on public transport.

Facility

The hotel was modernised as recently as 2023. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. 3 lifts and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car.     Hotel very nice as usual however all areas are very cold. Windows open everywhere. Not comfortable to eat in buffet restaurant or Ginger bar. Staff very nice. .

    We had a last minute Jet2 booking into sea view Reserve room. Worth the extra for better sunbeds and pool area, gives a bit more choice. Graciosa restaurants brilliant at lunch, not so for dinner...
