    Really poor. Advised that check in is from 15.00 but can give absolutely no indication when the room might be ready…blaming housekeeping!

    Amazing set up in a lovely part of Lanzarote. Rooms were spotless and there was a nice chilled vibe. Only issue was the pools were Baltic and I mean freezing. The ‘heated’ pool was actually colder...
