This beach hotel lies in the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen, around 4 km from the airport. The beach is easily reached across the promenade which is traffic-free. The centre is approximately 4 km away and is cheaply and easily reached using the regular bus service or by taking a taxi.

A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast and dinner every day, and a set menu can be ordered at lunch. Diet meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
