Location

This beach hotel lies in the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen, around 4 km from the airport. The beach is easily reached across the promenade which is traffic-free. In only a number of minutes, guests will arrive at numerous shopping venues, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The centre is approximately 4 km away and is cheaply and easily reached using the regular bus service or by taking a taxi.

Facility

The hotel has 32 junior suites and 372 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. There is a wellness area with a spa and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments, thalassotherapy treatments and a solarium. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast and dinner every day, and a set menu can be ordered at lunch. Diet meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
