The apartments are located in a small bungalow complex, which lies off one of Puerto del Carmen's main roads. A shopping centre lies within 80 m of the hotel. The sea is just a 5-minute walk away and the airport is a 10-minute drive from the hotel.
Guests have a choice of 19 apartments, 14 single rooms and 5 double rooms. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. The bungalow complex provides a safe, a currency exchange service and a laundry service. Internet access is available to guests in public areas. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge.
