Location

The apartments are centrally located within a well-maintained complex that lies just across the road from the local sandy beach. It is 1 km to the centre of Puerto del Carmen and links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot. A diverse range of shops and entertainment venues as well as restaurants, bars and nightclubs to be found in the near vicinity. Transfer to the airport takes about 20 minutes.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 47 rooms and 35 apartments. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a safe, a currency exchange service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a car hire service, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. Sport

The freshwater pool complex includes heated outdoor pools and a children's area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. The wide range of activities offered at the complex ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, golf and fishing. With windsurfing and diving available, the complex also caters to water sports enthusiasts. Sports options available to guests include a gym or, for a fee, billiards. A wellness area with a solarium is available at the apartment complex.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. A delicious breakfast provides energy for the rest of the day.
