Having stayed in several Eurostars before, I can say this one is definitely above average. Full of character. Excellent location & excellent customer service. Upgraded to a very spacious suite upon arrival because they had availability and is the hotel policy to do this. Other hotels should take note! Man on reception was excellent. Loved the little spa, especially having it to ourselves. Bed a little firm but we slept very well. Great location and wonderful SPA, everything else is a 1 or max 2 stars hotel. Parking not available - you have to reserve it in advance, but they never inform you about this during booking. Key cards to the room - you receive only 1, as they don't have "enough". Coffee - doesn't exist - you can't purchase it nor get it during the day, "ONLY" during breakfast for an additional fee of 17 Euros..lit… Great location and wonderful SPA, everything else is a 1 or max 2 stars hotel. We stayed at the hotel for one night on a Saturday. The hotel was clean, and the room was very pleasant and spacious. However, there was significant noise from the front of the hotel as there were lots of people walking down the road throughout the night yelling.
