Fantastic, Professional Welcoming, Reception Team. Very nice Apartment clean and well equiped for our needs. Simply lovely staffWhere do I begin?We stayed in the Bahia and had stayed there and the Triana hotel over 10 years ago. Yet the welcome was lovely and they kindly gave us a free upgrade to a balcony room. I stupidly booked this hotel by mistake thinking it was the one with the same name in Majorca. Although I had booked a no- refundable deal the manager has kindly said they will not charge me. Felt apartment was good value. A little battered and worn. No kettle had to collect from hotel next door couldn't be bothered to deliver it. Kitchen ceiling stained with water leak.Nice views of Mediterranean in distance from own long balcony.Shame no bath as do like a soak.Reception staff very pleasant.Overall, OK stay. The studio apartment was clean and spacious. Everthing that we needed was supplied. The location is good It is about ten minutes walk from the seafront.
