Run down but phenomenal customer service
This hotel has seen its best days, we had three rooms and they all reeked of cigarettes and very strong cleaning products. very poor rooms
worst hotel room we have stayed for 30 years, in fact the room probably has not been upgraded in that amount of time. the reception area looks great, but as soon as you get out of the lift the smell hits you, open the door and the decor looks like something out of the 80's 2 star hotel, bed very uncomfortable, very cheep mattress, bathroom pokey, cant even sit on the toilet properly. Great location, value for money. Staff are useless. Breko is bread and a brew. And it doesn’t have a car park, it has a car park near by, but what hotel doesn’t, but for a cheap hotel it is in a great spot. Substandard Visit
Disappointing hotel in the middle of Jaen. Very hard to find even with sat nav as most of the city centre is a one-way system with numerous traffic restrictions. Parking is in an underground garage about 50 metres from the hotel and is chargeable. Our small room was in need of a lot of TLC. Probably the only thing I’ll remember on the positive side it’s the hotel’s location; quite convenient walking distance to the main tourist sites.The hotel has serious problems with plumbing.
