Perfect location and great restaurant and cafeteria
The hotel was in a perfect location for visiting all the sights in the old town. We were pleased with the room and the whole experience especially the tranquility of sitting in the courtyard and having a drink or just relaxing.We found the hotel restaurant to be of excellent value and quality especially the ‘sandwich de casa’ at lunchtime and the superb solmonillo with honey sauce st dinner time… The hotel was in a perfect location for visiting all the sights in the old town. Centrally licated, noisy.
centrally located, noisy hotel. There is no other option than all tiles and marble on the floor and wall, which resonates enormously. And why do people always have to slam doors? I would inform my guests' to this upon check-in. breakfast is ok. parking space under the hotel, it takes some searching and fitting and measuring with the car. Big hotel, former convent, smack in the middle of the medieval town of Baeza. Reception people: friendly, helpful. Rooms are reasonably big, slightly outdated and definately worn. Bathrooms are fine. The corridors are long ( former convent, indeed) and echo every footstep - very audibly. Noisy room
Generally a good experience. However, be aware that the rooms facing the road outside were and probably always are very noisy. The sound of cars driving past and people walking and talk seemed to go on all night. It was the worst night's sleep of our trip. Good looking place
Very nice place. The building is beautiful, ideally located. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was generous, the staff was friendly. We decided to treat ourselves with an extra night.The only down side: the parking has a really narrow and difficult access, we were not comfortable to use it and went to the public garage at walking distance.
