I found this hotel in the list of top 10 dog friendly hotels and booked it. After a 10 h drive we arrived and heard they do not accept dogs. The receptionist pretended not to speak English - sent us away (he even did NO effort whatsoever to understand our solve the problem) and did not reimburse my prepaid room. This is a middle-sized urban hotel with a great location just in the very centre of town, a few metres away from the Town Hall, the Corte Inglés shopping centre and the pedestrianised shopping streets. It´s a modern establishment although its decor has a classic taste. Everything seems to be practical but unexceptional. Good rooms and bathrooms, both impeccable clean, average beds. I felt this hotel was overpriced for what it is. It's certainly not a four star hotel, as advertised. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower didn't work properly as the water kept running through the tap as well as the shower head so there wasn't much water pressure in the shower head. In addition to this, the shower door didn't close properly so the bathroom floor was soaked every time… I felt this hotel was overpriced for what it is. Simple, clean hotel. Nothing exceptional.But nice and quiet. Good value for what you pay. Service is very friendly. The location help a lot to discover the center of Linares.
