It did the job
I was slightly disappointed by the hotel. Rooms were fine and quite spacious, but it is outdated and the swimming pool was closed for maintenance. I thought it was inside. The restaurant looked quite nice but was fully booked or closed at 1.30pm. We found it hard to get used to Spanish times. The night club was noisy until very late. Pleasant stay in Jaen
Very good hotel well situated opposite underground (pay) car park beneath gardens. Newly refurbished room with excellent bathroom, lovely view. Very helpful & pleasant staff. What a shame
We booked the hotel as a stopover between Valencia and Portugal.On arrival we had to wait to check-in although no one else was there. There was another lady on a desk in the corner but she wasn’t interested, what does she do?Up to the room and opened the fridge to find leftovers cold meat which the cleaner hadn’t emptied, then the crisps left on the windowsill!! Noisy hotel
At arrival the front desk said that parking in the basement was a possibility, but after check-in that was not and option anymore ??We got an ordinary room at level 8, which we appriciated…..close to the rooftop pool ??But the first two hours the pool was closed due to wedding preparations at the roof top bar….which also was closed for the day ?? With a little effort it could be better
Selected for ease of hotel parking and a 15 minute walk to the cathedral and city centre. As expected, the hotel is showing signs of its age in its style and fixtures and decor of corridors. However our room was a good size, clean, tv, fridge, good WiFi, a/c etc. Poor view.
