The hotel attracted us with its conditions and price. We arrived in the city by bus, so we had to walk to it. If you are driving, this hotel is an ideal option, because it is located on the outskirts. The outskirts of the city are not far from the center, because Baesa is a small town. The hotel had good reviews but we were disappointed. The room they gave us was dark and drab with no views in fact it was a disabled room. I had asked for a room with a shower as I had had a hip operation only 2 weeks before but I didn’t expect to get a disabled room. The breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about. There was a shortage of staff as the person looking after reception was doing… The hotel had good reviews but we were disappointed. The room they gave us was dark and drab with no views in fact it was a disabled room. It seems at first as if you are out of the way but actually the old market place which has a decent selection of restaurants and bars is only a short walk away. I loved this hotel. Amazing views! Roof terrace and pool, small pool.Room, large, clean and comfortable beds. Air con, and Wi-fi. Parking available. Restaurants only a 2 min walk away. Staff were ok, could of done with a couple of customer service skills of a smile would of been nice. Young lad on reception was very helpful. Well located just a few minutes walk into main square and old town where restaurants and bars are. Hotel clean and modern facilities. Rooms large and well appointed at very reasonable cost. Staff very accommodating and professional also hardworking as receptionist was working both the desk and the breakfast room.
