  my partner and I stayed here for a week for my 30th birthday. from the food, to the facilities, to the customer service, we cannot fault this hotel. the room was clean, and the surrounding areas of the hotel constantly kept to a very high standard. the beach down a few flights of steps and being able to move between our hotel and cala blanca was a huge bonus!!! we will absolutely be back!!   Clean hotel relaxing great location

  Location was perfectOn checking in found the lady behind the counter extremely rude which was a shame as all other reception staff were lovely Room was very small but clean not enough drawers for clothesWe were unlucky to be opposite rubbish bins that were emptied every morning around 5am so was woken early everyday also balcony lights came on automatically and stayed on most of the night unable to turn this off and came through curtains Food was lovely so much choice sometimes a little cold.   Gem of a hotel with postcard perfect views

  My son and I had a super time here from 7-11 April and this has to be the best value hotel I have had the joy of staying at.All staff were super friendly and the reception people could not be more helpful and friendly . We stayed in room 5049.. don’t let the steps put you off .The view is breath taking. The more steps .. the better the view .Buffet restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner with lots and lots of choice and high quality. Late breakfast is an added bonus, finishing at 1145.Newly opened infinity pool provided total switch off if you want quiet ..All pool bar staff are great too.Can’t recommend this hotel enough and the shoulder seasons make Ibiza very appealing.   Exceptional staff!

  Just got home from a truly magical week in this beautiful hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful! From the reception staff, our cleaner, the cooks and entertainment staff but the real stars were the restaurant staff. With what seemed like a small number of them they looked after us all with smiling faces and kept the dining room spotless which I really appreciated.I am not usually a fan of all inclusive food as it can be a bit boring and samey but the food was fabulous. Very varied with wonderful seafood and fish nights which were our favourites. My 14 year old son loved all the steak and grilled chicken and fish. I loved all the fresh salads and dressings and also the big selection of cheeses. The breakfasts were amazing with lots of different types of egg, continental of all descriptions, creamy porridge with selection of different seeds and toppings (coconut, hazlenut), chirros with chocolate sauceand a big selection of pastries. For me the best part was the location. You walk down the steps from the swimming pool terrace to the sea and for anyone who like snorkelling like me you can swim along and see loads of different fish. Also recommend getting up early to watch the sunrise - have to be naughty and climb over the locked gate to the steps to do this.The salsa dancing lessons in the evening with the entertainment staff were fun but would have been good to have the dancing going on a bit longer for the teenagers. Also, shouldn't have more entertainment staff than restaurant staff. Restaurant staff were doing far more than their share of the work I felt. Share the staff out more fairly please.There is a spa shop at the sister hotel at the bottom of the resort (nowhere near as nice as the top hotel) which hires out cars at a good price so we had a lovely day trip round the island one day.Overally highly recommend this hotel and thank you so much for a really fun holiday.
