  Best stay ever

  We had an amazing stay! Hotel is Beautoful & clean. Pool is gorgeous and good vibes round. But the staff were exceptional. Especially Belén and Marco, they looked after us so so well and made our holiday! Honestly could fault a thing! Me and my partner got engaged here!! Best trip ever thanks to the staff 🤍 we will be back!!

  Had such a fantastic stay at Axel Beach Ibiza. The hotel has an amazing atmosphere — fun, stylish, relaxed and completely different from the usual resort experience. The vibe is open-minded, welcoming and full of personality, with a really great mix of people all there to enjoy Ibiza properly.The rooms were modern, spotless and comfortable, the pool area was beautiful, and the location was perfect for sunsets and exploring the island. Music and energy throughout the hotel were spot on without ever feeling overwhelming.What really made the stay special though was the staff — everyone was friendly, warm and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. You can tell the hotel embraces individuality and creates a space where people can truly relax and be themselves.If you want somewhere with great energy, amazing views, good music and a more playful, adults-only Ibiza experience, Axel Beach absolutely delivers. Would definitely return.   Great location, staff very friendly they go above and beyond to help you Very clean hotel rooms well equipped . Unfortunately strong smell of sewerage room 011 coming from the bathroom , staff informed about the issue which we were upgraded as soon as another room became available.   Nice but...beware

  Upon arrival from an early flight for my cousins hen do, we arrived early for check in. We were able to pit oir cases in storage and welcomed.to the pool bar. However it was raining when we arrived but we were under cover and sheltered from the rain. We ordered a cocktail each and some had food. We were told our rooms would be ready for 3pm. This was not the case. It was gone 4pm before most of us were allowed in our rooms. This resulted in missing our reservation for that evening, losing deposits for said reservation. Our room was very spacious, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, 3 balconies, little kitchenette. The fridge had mini bar drinks and snacks, we moved these to the top shelf so we had room for oir own drinks and snacks! Next day after breakfast we were confronted by staff that suggested our party of 15 had not paid for drinks and food at the bar?! I did specify we had to pay before we received our drinks and were not given receipts, and there were also other guests at the bar too! Nevertheless I said I woild speak with the group and got them to show proof from their banking apps for payments and those who paid cash to state how much. We thought this was strange but were happy to provide details! The day after, we were confronted again and they stayed their figures do not match their tills despite all of us providing proof!! This was so disappointing and we stated why would we not pay when we are staying and that we had to pay upfront prior to receiving our drinks! The guy said he did not believe we had 10 cocktails for 15 of us! We had one each or some shared sangria so one person may have paid for two drinks etc! My sister went to to complain to the manager and sent all of our proof again via email. The guy stated that payments were pending! Yep thats what happens when you pay in a Friday, they clear over the weekend!!! Other than this debacle, the hotel is situated in a good location, shops and bars close by! Shop across the way had everything including hot snacks!! Pool area spacious however little pool could do with something around the corner edge of it as when you get out in the sun, you could easily fall in it! Some of our rooms were never cleaned and ours we had to ask on our last day and we asked for fresh towels and bin to be emptied as we had another reservation. Rooms were clean and tidy on arrival.some imperfections, like a wardrobe door being faulty and scratched mirrors. Beware of the showers, point them down so they do not soak the end of the the tray near the door! Breakfast has plenty of options, jot and cold drinks etc. Overall a lovely hotel and situated on the beach, close to amenities. Just oir experience was spoiled by their error and mix up! When it came to check out, they go up and check your room so take pictures when you arrive! They take the city tax on check out also to be aware! Take pics of your mini bar if you choose not to use it. €9 for a can of coke just in case you get thirsty and havent purchased drinks from the shop across the way! This did not dampen my cousins hen weekend but could've done without their error and blame.   Amazing stay! Staff were helpful and friendly from beginning to end. House keeping were thorough. Rooms have shampoo conditioner and shower gel and plenty towels! You get beach and patio towels from reception. Always someone available and happy to help. Location is perfect! Right on the beach and just suited us so well. Spa available and larger and nicer than I expected. We had a suite. Really large and spacious. Can't recommend enough! Loved the queer friendly vibe ' felt very safe and comfortable.
