Pleasant & welcoming staff, good housekeeping, & the property is kept in good condition. We stayed here for 5 nights. Our room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. The bathroom looks great, although the tinted glass does not provide much privacy. There was a hairdryer and straighteners which was handy. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Loved the spa, it is a little expensive but you have it all to yourself. The location is perfect, short walk to the cathedral, shops, restaur… We stayed here for 5 nights. Our room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. Spent just the one night in this wonderful hotel. The facilities and bathrooms are well appointed. The restaurant was authentic and European . without doubt the star of this hotel was the front of house manager/ concierge; Rowuel ( wrong spelling ) So helpful, in perfect English, with suggestions on visits, town maps etc. Amazing rooftop gym, sauna, steam-room complex.Spent just the one night in this wonderful hotel. What a find this hotel was, sumptuously decorated, amazing shower room, luxury bed, and the best thing was Raoul, who greeted us in English when we arrived. A choice of hotel that we definitely don't regret. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and super clean. The facilities at this hotel will not let you down.
