This is a great spot. The rooms were clean, the staff were really friendly and helpful. We didn't eat in the hotel, we would rather go out and explore. Jamie on the front desk was super helpful and a very nice chap. Happily recommend.This is a great spot. The rooms were clean, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Very well located, very accessible, with plenty of parking space. However, if you don't park in front of the entrance, you'll have to park at the back of the hotel and walk outside to the entrance. Atrocious excuse for a 4star!!
Appalling hotel. Too few staff so must go out of front door and walk downhill to finda a motor motel type tiny pool with 7 sun beds. Aircon does not work. Rooms made up at 3pm! No banister on steps to restaurant. Aircon not working in part of restaurant. Food 5/10 and staff clearing tables and half glasses of wine and water as they cleared dessert plates...message.."go away"! No information in roo… Appalling hotel. The pictures over sell and the hotel under delivers
A very lackluster experience. The bedroom was a reasonable size and tidy/ clean enough, however the door on the wardrobe didn't slide open as it was off its runner. The pictures of the bathrooms don't match what you get. Very cramped, and there is no way of showering without flooding the bathroom.Restaurant wasn't open for the entirety of the stay, with the exception of breakfast. Stayed for 3 nights. Food was atrocious, staff were extremely rude and unhelpful except for one guy.
