This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment-hotel and once again it was a lovely experience. The front desk staff were very helpful, the room was really clean and bathroom large. Yes, Sercotel Granada Suites is very comfortable, and was clean when I got here, but they wanted to charge me 30 euros to make up my room! They wouldn't even take out the trash for me. They told me I had to bring it to the front door of the hotel at 8PM tonight! Well, I'm not doing that in my pajamas! Great location about 1 mile walk from the train station and in the centre of the city . Staff very helpful. A few things missing for it to be a 4 star hotel
A pleasant stay. Great location, clean and good sized and nicely decorated rooms but unfortunately it was missing some important things that would make it truly a 4 star experience.I was in room 403 and I could hear everything my neighbours were saying and doing. Big suite, well equipped and excellent condition. Staff very helpful. Location was perfect for a city break in a great city. 5mins to great squares and restaurants.
