We spent 4 days at Hotel Saray and it was confortable, a little tired but the breakfast chioce and quality was poor. Although the hotel has much potential the staff lacked the attention to detail and customer focus one would expect from a 4 Star Hotel. Reception although friendly were not very forthcoming when seeking information on Granada. The service from the staff came across more as a favour than a service, thus my 3 star review. Beautiful Hotel, great staff, comfortable bed. The hotel staff is very helpful with providing a map and directions. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the cafe staff and outdoors area is great to sit and relax. pool closed for the summer !!

Well to start with the elephant in the room, we were shocked to be told that the pool is closed for the summer for repairs. This was not mentioned anywhere, it figures clearly on the website. We had to move to another hotel, it is unacceptable to book a 4* hotel in the summer in south of Spain and not have a working pool. It should be sated fronnt and center on any booking site or hotel website.
