The photos on the Hotel website and Tripadvisor did not represent the room we were allocated for a 3 night stay in January 2025 as part of our tour of Andalucia. The reason we booked this hotel was because of the photos and reviews. As a result we could not stay at this hotel, such was the upset and distress caused we did not take photos/videos or recall the room number. Fatntastic location! Phenomenal front desk staff! They are So helpful and nice! Specially the lady who checked us in on sep 7 in the morning and the gentleman who was at the desk on sep 8 at 430pm. The rooms are clean and bathroom is good. There’s a kettle with coffee and tea in the room. Had a great time in Granada, hotel is well maintained and in a great location close to a lot of attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Few of them provided us great directions and maps and also helped us with taxi transportation couple of times we took taxi to Alhambra and it was less than 10 minutes away.
