Our rooms were very large, with massive old windows with wood shutters and second window. Great location at corner of a pedestrian street and cobblestone street, close to everything. Breakfast includes Spanish tortilla, hard boiled eggs, breads and the freshest, most delicious orange juice. A charming hotel in a beautiful old building that has been lovingly restored. White internal decor works really well. Greqt location on a street with many restaurant choices. My husband and I have a wonderful stay at Hotel Palacio de Los Navas. Perfectly located close to everything and yet so quiet and peaceful. The staff, reception, breakfast and cleaners were all so friendly and helpful. Hotel was extremely clean and had such a calming and relaxing atmosphere. I paid for the refundable reservation. However, when I went to cancel, I was told I had missed the window for actual refund. You still have to cancel within 48 hours to receive a refund under the refundable reservation price. With time difference, I had missed it by a couple of hours.
