Excellent base for a trip to Granada in the heart of the city
This was not our first stay however had been booked a few months in advance as Holy Week is always busy and costly in Granada. This stay was circa x3 the cost per night of our trip here in December ‘25. Clean but unsafe and noisy
I arrived back at my hotel at 6pm and went to sleep at 12pm. At 2am, I found my door open. Nothing had been taken and I placed my bag against the door to try and sleep. The next morning, I was told the security system would be checked and additional security would be put on. Location was good. Cleanliness of room and bathroom was good as well. But the bed was not comfortable. The breakfast was average. We booked 2 rooms, when my daughter arrived the hotelroom smelled horrible, and she could not stay. The plan was that we arrived the next day for the second room. However when she called us crying on the phone we cancelled our reservation for the coming night at 1330 o’clock. Seemed fine, but then I got an email saing we cancelled to late (after 12) and will be charged for the room anyway. Great location and breakfast!
This hotel has an excellent location close to attractions and lots of restaurants nearby. Great breakfast which was continually topped up by staff even though was busy. Staff friendly and rooms cleaned daily to a good standard. Beds comfy and decent shower.This hotel has an excellent location close to attractions and lots of restaurants nearby.
